1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 22x777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 22x777 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 22x777.cam and any associated sub-domains or mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the 22x777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

2. Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement. Where the context permits, singular forms include plural and vice versa.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable licensing jurisdiction, to register an account and participate in any gaming or betting activities on 22x777. Age verification documents will be requested as part of the KYC process. 22x777 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 22x777. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 22x777 reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.4 Restricted Territories

Players who are resident in, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Territory are not permitted to register or play on 22x777. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. 22x777 may use geo-blocking, IP-detection and other technical measures to enforce these restrictions but cannot guarantee their effectiveness in all circumstances.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must complete the registration form on the 22x777 platform and provide a valid email address, chosen username and secure password. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4.2 Identity Verification Documents

Before processing any withdrawal, and at such other times as 22x777 may require, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a copy of the bank card or screenshot of a digital wallet)
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by the operator's compliance procedures

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period, 22x777 reserves the right to suspend account access, freeze withdrawal requests and, where appropriate, return deposited funds to the originating payment method after deducting any applicable administrative charges.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

22x777 aims to offer a range of deposit channels familiar to Pakistani users, which may include bank transfers and digital wallet options. Payment method availability is subject to change and depends on operator policy and applicable regulations. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

5.2 Currency

Deposits may be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported, or in other available currencies subject to operator policy. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the operator and may differ from prevailing interbank rates.

5.3 Processing Times

Most deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing. 22x777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems or network issues outside our reasonable control.

5.4 Fraudulent Deposits

Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulently obtained or disputed payment instruments is strictly prohibited. 22x777 co-operates with payment providers and relevant authorities in investigating fraudulent transactions and will suspend accounts pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of available real-money funds (i.e., funds not subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, provided that your KYC verification is complete and your account is in good standing.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amounts

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Typical minimums may be in the range of PKR 1,000 but are subject to change without prior notice.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as promptly as possible. Internal processing typically takes one to three (1–3) business days, after which the timeline is subject to the payment provider's own processing schedule. 22x777 cannot guarantee delivery times for third-party payment rails.

6.4 Withdrawal Limitations

22x777 reserves the right to implement maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day or per week. Where such limits apply, they will be communicated to the Player at the time of withdrawal request. In exceptional cases involving large win amounts, 22x777 may request additional verification before processing the withdrawal.

6.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while an active account balance exists constitutes a breach of these Terms. 22x777 reserves the right to suspend account access and pursue recovery of disputed amounts through lawful means.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives are subject to specific terms stated in the relevant promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one (1) account per person, household, device and IP address.
• 22x777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses that are credited to an account in error must be returned. Winnings derived from erroneously credited bonuses may be voided.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for any bonus specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds (or winnings derived therefrom) become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. These figures are illustrative; always check the specific promotion page.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

When an active bonus is applied to your account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies (typically PKR 1,000 or as otherwise stated in the promotion). Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, video poker and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or wagered within the stated expiry period (typically between 7 and 30 days of activation) will be automatically removed from the account. Real-money funds are not affected by bonus expiry.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Placing Wagers

All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of any bet before confirmation. 22x777 is not liable for bets placed in error, including on incorrect markets, at incorrect stakes or in unintended amounts.

8.2 Odds and Prices

Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation of your bet. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which your bet is accepted, except in cases of obvious error (see Clause 8.4 below). 22x777 offers decimal, fractional and other odds formats as available at its discretion.

8.3 Voided Bets

22x777 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) an event is cancelled, postponed or significantly altered; (b) a technical error has resulted in incorrect market pricing; (c) a bet has been placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means; or (d) a bet is in breach of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's balance.

8.4 Obvious Errors (Palpable Errors)

Where odds, prices or payouts are published due to a manifest or obvious error (including typographical errors or system glitches that result in demonstrably incorrect figures), 22x777 reserves the right to correct the error and, if necessary, void the affected bets or recalculate winnings at the correct price.

8.5 Cricket, PSL & Sports Context

22x777 covers cricket markets including PSL, ICC tournaments and international bilateral series for informational and entertainment context only. 22x777 holds no official partnership, sponsorship or affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any national cricket board or franchise team.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22x777 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one account, whether individually or in concert with others.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns or other methods designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Match Fixing: Placing wagers with inside knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting event.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, automated betting scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools or any form of mechanical assistance not expressly authorised by 22x777.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder funds of criminal origin. 22x777 maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity or verification documents.

10. Responsible Gambling

22x777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be activated directly from the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the maximum amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Display session duration and net balance change at defined intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the platform. During exclusion, account access is suspended and marketing communications are stopped.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 22x777 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations and databases, is the proprietary Intellectual Property of 22x777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by virtue of your use of the platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 22x777.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22x777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

22x777's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

22x777 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any available real-money balance, subject to the completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any active wagering requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

13.2 Suspension by 22x777

22x777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account with immediate effect, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected
• Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is detected
• KYC verification documents are refused or cannot be satisfactorily provided
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements mandate it
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant account balances as permitted by applicable law. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is charged.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 22x777 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the platform's internal complaints procedure.

To raise a formal complaint, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Pakistani players are reminded that gambling disputes may not be enforceable in Pakistani courts given the restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

15. Amendments to These Terms

22x777 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 22x777 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
